Twinkle Cloud Shoppe is proudly located and ships from Phoenix, Arizona ✨
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from Phoenix with lots of love and care ☁️💜
✨ How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
💜 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
✨ What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to assist you.
☁️ Are you responsible for manufacturer defects?
Twinkle Cloud Shoppe is not responsible for manufacturer defects, normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or product damage after use.
💜 Are colors selected at random?
Some products may come in assorted colors or mystery styles. Product descriptions will specify when random colors are selected.
For products with assorted or random colors, you are welcome to leave your preferred color choice in the order notes/comments at checkout ✨
While we will do our best to accommodate requests, specific colors are not guaranteed. If your requested color is unavailable, a different color may be selected based on current stock availability ☁️

☁️ What if my package is lost or delayed?
Twinkle Cloud Shoppe is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
